Who We Are
Veyanta Advisors LLP (LLPIN: ADA-2618) is a multidisciplinary management, consultancy and education firm incorporated on 20 July 2026, headquartered at our registered office in Kolkata, India: 23, Gangadhar Babu Lane, Unit-1A, 1st Floor, Bowbazar, Kolkata-700012, West Bengal.
We work with founders, MSMEs and growing enterprises across business advisory, tax and regulatory compliance, corporate documentation, training, and technology, combining hands-on consulting with tools that make compliance repeatable rather than reactive.
Mission & Approach
Our mission is to make high-quality management, tax and regulatory advisory accessible to founders and growing businesses that don't yet need, or can't yet justify, a large in-house team. We do this through documented, repeatable processes, transparent scoping, and a delivery model that pairs experienced advisors with our own tools and training content.
What we do and what we don't
Veyanta Advisors LLP is a multidisciplinary Management, Consultancy and Education firm (LLPIN: ADA-2618). It is not a Chartered Accountancy firm, Company Secretary firm, Law firm, or an entity registered with SEBI, RBI, IRDAI or IBBI. Services that are statutorily reserved for such licensed professionals, including but not limited to statutory/tax audit, certification under the Income-tax Act or GST law, secretarial audit, court/tribunal appearance, investment advice, insolvency resolution, deposit-taking/lending, and insurance broking, are undertaken only through independently engaged, duly qualified and licensed professionals, and Veyanta accepts client instructions for such matters solely in a facilitation/documentation-support capacity.
Innovation & Scalability
Veyanta is built around a tech-enabled delivery model rather than a purely headcount-driven one. We design and use our own TaxTech/FinTech/RegTech tools, automate the repetitive parts of compliance work, and package our institutional knowledge into structured training and e-learning content. This is a deliberate product-and-process investment, not a marketing label. It is what lets a small team serve a growing base of clients without proportionally growing overhead, and it underpins our approach to scalable, technology-driven service delivery.
