Delivery Policy

All products sold through the Veyanta Advisors Store are digital and delivered electronically, there is no physical shipping involved. Our Store is not yet live; this policy describes how delivery will work once it launches.

1. Delivery method

On successful payment verification, you will receive a secure, time-limited download link by email, and (where you have an account) the item will also appear in your "My Downloads" library for re-download.

2. Delivery timeline

Delivery is instant in the ordinary course, the download link is generated automatically once payment is verified, typically within a few minutes. In rare cases of a delayed payment-gateway confirmation, delivery may take up to 24 hours; if you do not receive your link within this window, contact us and we will resolve it manually.

3. Free products

Free tools and guides are also delivered digitally after you provide your name and email, via an immediate download link that is also emailed to you.

4. Download link validity

Download links are time-limited (typically 48 hours) for security. If your link has expired, sign in to your account to generate a fresh one, or contact us at contact@veyantaadvisors.in.

5. Delivery issues

If you do not receive your product, or the file will not open, email us with your order ID and we will investigate and resolve the issue, including reissuing the download link where appropriate.
